Astral Control Services Ltd provide a complete service and support package to match the individual needs of all Clients, who include End Users, Building Consultants, Local Authorities, Health Authorities and Facilities Management Contractors. The individual services can range from remote Bureau Technical Support to a Fully Comprehensive On-Site Support packages.
Audits
If you are unsure as to the suitability/controllability of your existing system, we are able to carry out a systems audit for you. We will provide recommendations to you, in order to improve your existing plant performance and implement parameter adjustments to improve the energy efficiency and environmental conditions for you and your staff.
Support and Maintenance
We support systems in both commercial and industrial premises throughout the UK. We provide a 24x7 response service, 7 days a week via a bureau facility based at our office in the North of England. It is from here that we are able to monitor your system and take care of any unexpected changes or problems.
Our support contracts can be tailored to meet your exact requirements. And, although we are authorised distributors for Cylon, York and Invensys, Siemens and TAC products, we can also provide BMS support for other 3rd party systems.
Controlling your Environment
Using the latest technology, we can carry out an Energy Audit on your system to identify the efficiency of your system. This enables us to provide you with a comprehensive Energy Report, which will enable you to make specific enhancements and improvements to decrease your operating costs.
Training
We provide training programmes in the use of BEMS software and systems. Training can be delivered either at your premises or at our training centre in the North of England.
